I studied software engineering before switching to physio, and I was better at what clinicians are not taught: leadership, systems, operations and the commercial side.
I love the Allied Health sector, I love helping people and I love solving problems. Consulting brings those together. Running a business, I lived its competing pressures: clinical quality, workforce shortage, compliance, cash flow and constant reform. Everything I advise on now, I have done.

Independent
I do not run clinical services, so I never compete with you for referrals or staff. What you share with me stays confidential.
Capacity building
I build your team's capability so you need me less over time. Retainers run month to month, and you can stop whenever the work has done its job.

You work directly with me from start to finish. Some clients speak to me weekly, and others go months between conversations.
In public and on paper
Writing and speaking
I write regularly on reform, pricing, workforce and provider sustainability, with more than 30 articles on the sector, and Health Services Daily and DSC have republished my work. I co-host a monthly LinkedIn Live series and I speak at sector events. The what and the why I share openly; the how is what clients pay for.
