Hi, I’m Trystan Conway.

I’m a physiotherapist turned consultant. I co-founded and scaled a national Allied Health provider to 300+ clinicians, and now I help providers across the sector navigate reform, strengthen their operations and make better decisions.

  • National NFP Restructuring Allied Health Division


    A large not-for-profit delivering NDIS therapy services across urban and remote regions had outgrown its operational structure. Leadership roles were misaligned, systems were fragmented, clinicians were underutilised despite high wage costs and clinical governance was disconnected from the broader organisation.

    We conducted a full operational review including onsite workshops, executive and clinician interviews and a systems audit. From there we redesigned the leadership structure, built a weighted KPI model, restructured the practice management system, developed a new participant journey and delivered a three-year strategic roadmap.

    Result: The organisation moved from reactive, fragmented operations to a clear structure with defined leadership, measurable targets, streamlined systems and a practical roadmap to stabilise and scale its Allied Health division.

  • Allied Health Provider Entering Aged Care


    An established physiotherapy practice with 8-10 clinicians wanted to launch an aged care service line ahead of Support at Home reforms.

    We developed pricing benchmarked against Department of Health rates, built a CRM with pipeline tracking and segmented outreach templates, and created provider communication materials and invoicing guidance.

    A sole director running a 4-5 clinician NDIS practice had grown quickly but internal systems hadn't kept pace.

    We designed a complete recruitment and onboarding framework including position descriptions, salary bands, billable hour targets and a review cycle tied to incentive payments.

    Result: The practice now has a repeatable system for hiring, onboarding and managing clinicians, allowing the founder to grow without proportionally increasing their own operational workload.

    A solo OT practitioner was growing from one clinician to three with no documented policies, onboarding processes or compliance frameworks.

  • Mentoring is reactive. You bring the questions, I help you think. A retainer is an ongoing relationship where I carry context about your business, contribute proactively and support decisions and delivery over time. Many retainer clients started with a single mentoring session and found they needed more continuity.

  • Mentoring sessions start at $330 + GST for a 60 min session. Ad Hoc consulting at $275 + GST per hour. Retainers range from $1,500 to $5,500+ per month depending on the level of involvement.
