Engaged directly by you, contracted through Conway Consulting Group, billed at an hourly rate or scoped as a project depending on the shape of the work. Your client relationship stays yours.
I do not subcontract. Whatever you engage me for, I do.
How I stay useful
I work with providers, not-for-profits and the firms that serve them at the same time. That means I stay independent on advocacy campaigns, and I write about a market the same way whoever is paying.
That is the reason the analysis is worth engaging in the first place, and I hold it across every project.
